I gave a live paper cut performance in NYC to celebrate my new exhibition at the art gallery Carre d'artistes in SoHo. The cutest audience award goes to this 6 years old girl in the picture. She kept applauding and commenting her feelings, as I was cutting. She stayed until I cut the last piece of paper. Keep bringing kids to art galleries/shows/art stuff in general! They have the purest vision of things!

I was honoured to be given the opportunity to cut live during the entire week of the Ozora Festival, sharing the Mirador space along with a bunch of amazing visionary artists. An amazing experience that I wish to live again.

Here is the result of the great collaboration between Carré d'artistes Marseille, Le Printemps - Terrasses du Port, and myself. I was invited to perform on the occasion of the official opening of the prestigious Printemps's new beauty area overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
The 80x80cm (31,5"x31,5") hand cut paper portrait created for this special occasion has been completed in about 2 hours.
